Full Time Principal Administrator

HCA is in need of a full time administrator with a heart for service, unshakable character and commitment to Christ, who embraces responsibility, and has a vision to grow the school according to the faith commitments it was founded on. He or she must have a motivating desire to equip and empower students (and staff alike) to make a difference for Jesus. A degree or background in education administration is desired, though not required. A successful applicant must also be able to work across denominational lines with parents, teachers and staff, students, volunteers, donors, community leaders and local churches.

Responsibilities:

Hours:

  • Administration of staff, students, planning weekly chapels and emergency drills
  • ​Spiritual Leadership of students and staff
  • Serving day to day needs regarding student discipline, troubleshooting and learning the systems and policies  of the school with an eye to training needed skills in others. 
Our school is in session Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Requirements:

  • A thriving relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Actively involved in a Bible believing church.
  • A passion for encouraging children. and staff
  • This opportunity should be seen first and foremost, as a Christian leadership position. Strong references and a full background check are required.
