HCA has approximately 60 students who are working each day to build their foundation of knowledge on the Word of God. Please pray for them and their families as they work to become the salt and light in the world, like a city on the hill.
We are blessed to have a wonderful board of trustees. If you would like to pray for them the members are Lanie McClure, Nicole Crites, Tanner Rindels, Judy Persinger, Kathleen Bogan, Don Burrows, Caleb Williams, and Pete Fann
The board and staff work to be wise with the financial provisions God has provided for HCA. We are blessed by so many who God calls to come along side us and financially support HCA. HCA is a donor funded private christian school, and we are truly grateful for each of our supporters. If God has laid on your heart to financially support HCA, one opportunity for you is to become part of our 100 for $100 program. We are looking for 100 people to commit to donating $100 each month. Having those commitments allows HCA to have steady monthly donations, allowing the board, teachers, and staff at HCA to focus their attention on providing the students with quality Christian education and less time looking for ways to raise funds. If you would like to become one of the 100, just let us know.
We start school on August 20th. We are so exited about the upcoming school year and continue to pray that God place students and families at HCA. Our pray is that God would provide for and direct each student and family in their education decisions, and that HCA would continue to grow.
We do have an air conditioning unit that has stopped working, and we are praying we are able to have it up and running before the first day of school.
One of our greatest joys is to see former students growing and and serving the Lord. We as a staff continue to pray for those former students, and ask you to join us in that.
I appreciate the opportunity God has blessed me with as the principal at HCA. I love seeing God at work in so many lives that around the world. I would love to have you pray for me as I lead at HCA and work to encourage students, family, staff, our community, and beyond in the name of Jesus. Thank you so much for partnering with us in prayer.
In Christ,
Misty Martin
