Substitute Teaching
HCA is always in need of substitute teachers that affirm the Christian worldview described in our statement of faith and can help out on a temporary basis when the need arises. Full Time K-1st Grade Teacher
We are in need of a full time teacher with a big heart for Kindergarten and First Grade, who lives in or near the Hugoton area and who would thrive in a small, multigrade class. A four year college degree and relevant experience is desired, though not required, but character and a sense of calling are a must.
Full Time Principal Administrator
​HCA is in need of a full time administrator with a heart for service, unshakable character and commitment to Christ, who embraces responsibility, and has a vision to grow the school according to the faith commitments it was founded on. He or she must have a motivating desire to equip and empower students (and servant leaders alike) to make a difference for Jesus. A degree or background in education administration is desired. A successful applicant must also be able to work across denominational lines with parents, teachers and staff, students, volunteers, donors, community leaders and local churches.
