No scholarships are automatic, but must be requested. All scholarship decisions are subject to conditions and mitigating circumstances.
HCA offers Multi-Student Discounts. For families with children in Kindergarten - 12th grade, the multi-student discount is 25% for the second student and beyond. The 25% discount does not apply to Pre-School/Pre-K students.
Paid In Full Discount
Are you prepared to pay for the full year in advance? HCA offers a 5% Paid in full discount to those who pay the entire year by August 10th. This discount is applied after the multi-student discount, if applicable.

When to Enroll
Open enrollment for the next school year begins April 1st. Students should apply as early as possible due to enrollment limitations. Applications will be reviewed in the order received. Priority will be given to those families with serious interest in long term Christian education.

The Early Enrollment Period
Students currently attending HCA will be given priority in filling classes. The early enrollment period for the next school year begins on March 1st. Only current students may enroll during this period. Returning students/families MUST sign up AND pay their application fee for the next school year before Early Enrollment ends to ensure a reservation for next school year. Once the Early Enrollment Period has passed and a current student has not enrolled, placement will be considered on a first come, first served basis.
The Open Enrollment Period
New and returning students may enroll/re-enroll for admissions during the Open Enrollment Period, beginning on April 1. Priority IS NOT given to returning students during this period. Open grade-level spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis during this time. Students are encouraged to enroll early to ensure placement.
